space, from chip level FPGA design to full board level design.  Our expertise in FPGA, DSP, and processor
architectures, capabilities, and development tools results in the best match of hardware and software partitioning

Rapid Technology's portfolio of IP is increasing with our extensive work with Altera's SOPC Builder utility
utilizing the open specification Avalon bus.  We continue to develop SOPC Builder components to accelerate
customer time to market and utilize the Nios and Nios II processor where appropriate.  Achieving high levels
of integration within the FPGA provide lower manufacturing costs and protects your design from obsolescence.

If your design requires a full Standard Cell ASIC, Rapid Technology's partner, Integre Technologies, LLC, is up
for your ASIC challenge.  Their experience includes knowledge of the entire ASIC flow, design, verification, synthesis,
STA, test vectors, fab house relationships and tester issues.  Being in the consultant business, they have used virtually
